Cancellation policy for massage therapy sessions, and red light therapy sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please contact me within 48 hours of your booked session at PawsitiveApproachWellness@gmail.com or (519) 569 0326

                   ie. we understand emergencies can occur at the last minute -  so please don't hesitate to reach out if that is the case

• Cancellations NOT made, or made last minute without emergency reason are subject to 50% service fee.
