                 ie. we understand pets can pass away, change ownership, and many other variables so please don't hesitate to reach out

• Remaining session fees may be refunded or transferred

• Must be returned within 30 days with receipt - only applies to items sealed in bag

• Must be returned within 30 days with receipt - cannot be physically damaged / used
